Noel Dean

Noel spent over 25 years in education and 27 years as a high school Head Football Coach winning multiple State Championships at Lowell High School. In his time as a coach he was also named the National High School Football Coach of the Year in 2011, inducted in the the Michigan High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame in 2016, and reached national acclaim for running the largest Cause & Awareness game in the United States (The Pink Arrow Pride). Noel is a servant leader and has dedicated himself to his local community as a Board member of Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids and he speaks nationally to organizations on the topic of civic minded events and how to manage events of the size and scope of the Pink Arrow. His role at Addix is to establish and execute sales targets to meet company objectives, develop strategic sales plans and growth strategies, and to build and develop the organizations sales and business development teams. Noel is a former collegiate football player and wrestler. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Olivet College where he is also a member of the Hall of Fame. He and his wife Jill reside in Lowell, MI. They have four children: Kanon, Zeth, Darby, and Doak.
